Since 2006, we have been firmly established in the real estate industry. Originally founded under the name Dinvest AG, our initial focus was on real estate investments. Over the years, we have developed into an established real estate company that offers comprehensive services in the areas of sales, development, valuation and management.
By changing our name to Dinvest Immobilien AG and moving into a modern office space in Allschwil, we were able to further solidify our market position.
As part of a strategic reorganization in 2024, property management was spun off into an independent company Dinvest Bewirtschaftung AG. In August 2025, Dinvest Immobilien AG was rebranded as Avesti Real Estate AG. Under this name, we continue to stand for the highest quality and expertise in the areas of real estate sales, valuation and development. With a fresh design and innovative working methods, we are actively shaping the future of the local real estate industry.
As a dedicated team with almost 20 years of experience, we attach great importance to personal trust and client contact. We speak German, English and Italian as native speakers and can therefore also guarantee expatriates individual and comprehensive support.
